The sexy and luscious Magnet is one of the coolest places in Liverpool without even trying. Hovering betwixt hang out, club and venue it manages to be all three at once, and does it very well. You won't find a gig on every night of the week, but if something is kicking off in the wonderful acoustics and atmosphere of the downstairs venue, you can guarantee it'll be a band or turntablist of the highest quality, providing thrills for those who love quality music and having a good time in equal measure.
