Blue Bar
The Blue Bar has made its mark as the city's first private members club for the Scouserati, as well as a fair number of hopeful customers clutching their Usborne Spotter's Guide to Local Celebs. Its basement is also the home of the city's other comedy club, the Laughterhouse, and although you may well be amused at the prices as well as the acts, there are also some deals to be had if you look for them – get a ticket with a meal deal for £20 on a Friday or £25 on Saturday.
