No 7 Café (now called The Quarter, needs new review)

A café bistro come gallery, it attracts an eclectic mix of people. A great place to eat throughout the day or before a visit to the Philharmonic, which is just around the corner. Very reasonably priced with a good selection of veggie and meaty starters, main meals and desserts. Try the soup: it's gorgeous, served with freshly baked bread from the deli next door.
