Liverpool Palace (no longer exists)
This was the first project undertaken by developers Urban Splash, who've undoubtedly revolutionised city living in Liverpool. The Palace houses independent shops, tattoo parlours and hairdressers. It's also home to Baa Bar which is always full of the creative types whose offices are housed in the building.
