Everyman Theatre
Probably the most famous theatre in Liverpool, thanks to launching the careers of Alan Bleasdale, Julie Walters, Bill Nighy, and, er, Matthew Kelly. It's still committed to exposing Liverpool to exciting new works and actors, and features some of the best theatre in the city along with a smattering of seasonal pantomime and comedy. They're also committed to making theatre interactive in the city with their community outreach programmes, so you may get caught by the theatrical tentacles without even going there.
