Situated opposite Paradise bus station, the pub is easily spotted by the plastic banner professing 'Live Football shown here', so naturally it gets busy during the football season when it's an ideal spot to meet with friends, sink a few jars and catch up with the transfer news. That is of course before you jump the bus to one of Liverpool's two major football grounds. If you can stagger out of the pub in time.

This is probably the worst pub in Liverpool. The food is vile and the beer is flat and the prices are through the roof.
