Sapporo Teppanyaki
The fist thing to not about Sapporo is how goddamn understated it is. All straight lines and minimalist chic, it's about time that Liverpool got a masterclass in the art of feng shui. And the food...Oh.My.God. As you'd expect it's a wonderfully fresh and fantastic blend of sushi and splendour. The duck breast and noodles are particularly magnificent, and the artistry of the staff is of fire and smiles. An absolutely essential place to eat in Liverpool, and though you won't see much change out of a half a hundred for a couple of you should you do the full works, your partner – and your stomach – will love you forever. Fantastic.
