QuickChef Café

Possibly the closest thing at the moment to a proper greasy spoon café in Liverpool, this place is so unpretentious it probably doesn't know who won the Booker Prize this year. What we love about it is that it gives you good, cheap English food with a Mediterranean bent, while simultaneously providing the answer to the age-old problem of how to cure a hangover. Yes, you will find us in here the morning after the night before, carefully ignoring the awful tiles on the wall but joyfully gobbling down that full-on breakfast, with a mug of tea permanently welded to our hands.
