Babycream

The once mighty Cream empire may not have its regular, all-conquering Saturday night anymore, but it still has quite a few visible remnants. Not least of these is this ultra-stylish bar which paved the way for the conquering of Albert Dock by swish bars and restaurants. Babycream is both, a favourite hangout for the city's well-heeled and connected (footballers, essentially) where you can sup your posh bottled beer at the bar, or enjoy a classy, nouvelle cuisine meal, all the while staring at the mesmerizing digital fish on their plasma screens.
