The Magnet
As cool as a long, green salad vegetable, the Magnet is the heart of chilled–out chic on Hardman Street. There's velvety seats, elegant booths and a David Lynch–esque atmosphere (except thankfully rather less disturbing). You could happily stay here all day – at lunch, settle down with a coffee and take advantage of the free wireless broadband, and at night stay in the bar to sample the groovily diverse range of sounds while soaking up the cocktail of the week. Just remember to go home sometime.
