Aaah, parent-friendly, steak-deal-offering pubs sited just off large dual carriageways. In this case, it's more buffalo-eater than Beefeater, with an American menu that's themed to within an inch of its life. Despite the potential to drown in Americana, the place does a reasonable job of recreating the US - the food is actually pretty damn good, with excellent fried Camembert and fajitas you assemble at the table.
