Metropolitan

A pub that has had more name changes than Elizabeth Taylor has now settled down as a 'with it' kind of place that's popular with local bands - not too surprising as there's a practice room upstairs. Large and echoing interior that somehow manages to be quite moody as well, with furniture from Sweden's finest and lots of mirrors to check out how that spiky mullet is doing. It's got a big screen for the footy, DJs on most nights, a roof terrace upstairs (next to the Lemon Lounge) and large photographs on the walls that that are looking a bit tatty.
