The Gostins Arcade
Where Grand Central features many of the refugees from Quiggins, so Gostin's houses a large number of outcasts from when the Palace decided to toss out all its stalls in favour of late night bars. However, whereas Grand Central has settled in like a divorcee on your sofa, Gostin's has suffered from both being slightly out of the way and the temporary feel of its accommodation. It's still worth a visit though, especially for the book shop that used to be in the Bluecoat (another outcast) and Route 69 hairdressers.
