The staff are technically expert and very helpful, presumably because they share your unhealthy obsession. It might be a bit pricier than other similar high street stores, but you get what you pay for, and if you're dangling 500 feet off the edge of a mountain on the edge of a 10mm rope this sort of thing suddenly becomes rather important.
