The Beatles Story
According to John Lennon, Jesus' disciples were 'thick and ordinary'. Conversely, modern day Beatlemaniacs are intelligent and unique, and will in no way feel this exhibition to be overpriced and boring, as they wind their way through recreations of famous streets and clubs long demolished by the council and replaced with car parks. Highlights include a strange 'authentic' telephone conversation that sounds like Allan Williams (badly) recorded it five years ago in a rare moment of sobriety, and an exhibition of photos showing the city's favourite sons crawling out of brothels in Hamburg.
